Driven by a vision of social impact, Dr. Kapdi founded Nursing Pioneer Private Limited as a social entrepreneurial initiative, focusing on fostering ties between India and Germany through the Indo-German Society. His leadership continues to inspire innovative solutions in healthcare and education.

Rashmi Mate

With 13 years of experience in business management as a professor at Pune University, Rashmi Mate is a seasoned academic and practitioner. As a Co-founder & operations consultant, she is driving impactful collaborations and sustainable growth. Rashmi has been actively involved in German social business management study programs, student exchange initiatives, and start-ups, and has delivered expert sessions on economics and accounting at well known German universities.

Aruna Noolvi
Aruna Noolvi holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karnataka University, Dharwad, and has over seven years of administrative experience at JSS SMC School, Hubli. Passionate about teaching, she transitioned into language education by completing German proficiency levels A1 through B2. Since 2021, she has been teaching German at German Treffpunkt and has also worked with school children, fostering a love for the language among young learners.

Ashwini Rajashekhar Mudigoudar
Ashwini Rajashekhar Mudigoudar is a civil engineer with a Master’s in Water and Land Management from VTU, Belagavi, and extensive experience in water resource engineering. Having worked on government projects in India and Germany, including an 8-month research project at the University of Stuttgart, Ashwini brings a strong technical foundation and international expertise. Fluent in German, with advanced language training up to C1.2, Ashwini is currently a trainee at German Treffpunkt, Hubli, leveraging her skills to bridge cultures and advance her professional journey.

Vidya Nadiger
Vidya Nadiger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, English, and Linguistics from Karnatak College, Dharwad, and a Master’s in German Literature from Karnatak University, Dharwad. With advanced German language qualifications, including a C1 certification from Goethe Institute, Bangalore, and international training at Heidelberg University, Germany, she brings extensive expertise to the field.

She has over six years of corporate experience as a German Language Specialist, including leadership roles at Amazon, HP, and Macmillan Publishers. Additionally, she has worked as a German trainer at Bangalore University and Kendriya Vidyalaya. In 2014, she founded German Treffpunkt, where she continues to inspire and train learners in the German language.

Dr. Vijayalaxmi Holennavar
Dr. Vijayalaxmi Holennavar is an experienced German language educator with a career spanning over a decade. Since 2014, she has been teaching German courses from A1 to C1 levels at the German Treffpunkt Institute, Hubli. She holds a Ph.D. in German Literature from Karnatak University, Dharwad, focusing on the comparative study of women’s representation in Indian and German folk stories.

Dr. Holennavar has extensive academic experience, including teaching roles at Karnatak University and Bangalore University. Her advanced certifications include B2 and C1 German language qualifications from the Goethe-Institut, as well as comprehensive teacher training programs (DLL and Train the Trainer) completed in India and Germany. Her expertise lies in training future German teachers and incorporating innovative methods to enhance language learning.
